Review: Everything for Us by Michelle Leighton

I LOVE this book and the entire Bad Boys Series. There is only a few select series that I will pause in the middle of a book I am currently reading, to read; this is one of them! I gave this book 5 plus stars

Cash and Nash Davenport both have secured a special place in my heart. Michelle is so great with describing how the characters are feeling that you actually feel the emotion right along with them. I hated, loved and cried at some point throughout this book (and series)! Of course, sticking with the Bad Boys theme, there is also fun. Remember from Down to You when Cash pretended to be a stripper in his own club just to get a rise out of Olivia?? Or, how about in the same VIP room, in Up to Me, he does some pretty amazing things with some Jack Daniels? Well, Nash has some FUN times of his own with Marissa (and a beer bottle, I will leave that with you and your imagination). This book is not without some sorrow and heart break, but what good is a happily ever after (that may or may not happen) without first going through some heartache that makes you appreciate it a little more?

Nash and Marissa are two very broken people (because of circumstances that were completely out of their control) but somehow, with a lot of tears and second thoughts, they make it work. Nash is very hard to get along with. He is angry all the time and he is very resentful of the life that he has had to live the past seven years. He is resentful towards Cash because he feels he was given the good life. He is also resentful towards his father for making the decision to work with the mafia, that caused a lot of heartache, for the entire family.  Marissa is snobby and spoiled, very different than her cousin, Olivia. In fact, she treated Olivia horrible, without batting an eyelash. She is only out for self-gain, and everyone else can go to hell. I hate that bad things have to happen to people before they can see the ire of their ways. I wish they could just stop and say, "I am really treating people badly, I should change my approach". Unfortunately, that doesn't often happen, and these characters are no different. The past of Cash and Nash's father smacks them right in the face and they are forced to make some crazy decisions and do some crazy things, to keep everyone involved safe. I do love how this books ends. With some books (not all, but some), I don't think that the characters are developed enough to end. I am left with a feeling of "what happens now?". This is NOT one of those books. If the series ends now, I am completely fine with that. (Except for the fact, of course, I will not have anymore Bad Boys to read)

Moral of this reveiew: If you have not read the entire series, I highly recommend you do so, as this is an amazing story! If you have read Down to Me and Up to You, this book is equally as amazing! And, if you love Cash, you will love Nash just as much (I know that is hard to believe, but it is true)!!

Thanks for reading everyone and I hope this makes you start a new series of books! :)
